meeting reflection

Meeting reflection


We had a practice meeting about a month ago and my position was the note taker. My role is to take note and ideas that are said in the meeting in other words summarizing everything that went on the meeting.
The meeting went good actually it was great everybody gave his opinion and ideas about the subject. The weak points are that we weren’t well prepared for it and we didn’t have enough points though we finished in time, actually it was kind of fast that I didn’t have time to take enough notes about the meeting. I’ve learned how to organize a meeting, how many positions you have in a meeting, how to communicate with everybody in the meeting and give everyone time to give his idea or opinion about a particular point within the time limit. 
In the future I will organize everything before calling for a meeting, like prepare an outline about what we will talk about and the points about the subject. A better idea is recording the meeting so we can look at it later for some missing point or idea the note taker forgot to write.
